Boiler Plan
Spread the cost of your annual service and as a Boiler Plan Plus customer you’ll have access to our 24/7 call line be guaranteed the same speedy response as our Cover Plan customers. You’ll still need to pay parts and labour for any repairs.
Boiler and Controls
Repair of:
- A domestic natural gas fired boiler
- The boiler flue and + terminal up to 2 meters
- Boiler Controls – e.g. Programmers, Thermostats, Motorized Valves, Central Heating Pumps
- Gas Pipe
- Resetting of controls / replacing batteries
Replacement of:
- Boilers under 10 Years old that we cannot repair
- Flues (up to 2 meters), Controls, Gas Pipe if we cannot repair.
Central Heating
Repair of:
- Heating System – e.g. Radiators**, their valves and pipework
- Hot Water System – e.g. Cylinders and their Immersions
Replacement of:
- Heating and Hot Water System if we cannot repair.
Plumbing
Repair of:
- All hot and cold water pipework and components from the internal stopcock onwards.?
- Taps**
- Header tanks, toilet siphons and ball valves
Replacement of:
- Any pipework, fittings, taps, header tanks, toilet siphons and ball valves that we are unable to repair.

**We want you to know that we cannot cover designer radiators or taps under our parts guarantee. We will however replace with a suitable trade-standard model or fit a similar replacement supplied by you!!
